Institute for Legal Reform Releases Update on Third-Party Litigation Funding

On April 7, 2022, the U.S. Chamber of Commerce’s Institute for Legal Reform (“ILR”) released an update on third-party litigation funding across the globe. Among the trends and developments ILR identified was the third-party litigation funding rule adopted by the District of New Jersey. NJCJI successfully advocated for this rule, Civ.
